Key Requirements
Experience in apartment planning for high density living and high-end luxury multi-residential Exemplary client engagement skills Registered architect with 10+ years’ experience of multi-residential projects Ability to manage teams and large-scale projects and from initial briefing to completion Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities including scope and deliverables Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills.
